What happens when the Easter Bunny wants to retire?  In CJ England’s tale, he sets a Challenge for his son, Peter Cottontail: restore the Easter Spirit to human Bunny O’Hara and the job of Easter Bunny is his. 

Peter has always dreamed of being the Easter Bunny but never thought he’d get the chance as he is half-human.  Assistant Mortimer J. Rabbit is determined to prevent Peter from succeeding and is willing to do anything to accomplish this goal. 

Bunny O’Hara lost her entire livelihood and most of her friends on Easter when she was accused of embezzlement at the local bank.  Now, stuck working as a waitress at the Hip Hop Club, she is forced to endure numerous rabbit and bunny jokes.  Peter must reawaken her Easter Spirit if he is to succeed but he loses his heart to her in the process. 

HERE COMES PETER is a refreshingly humorous and erotic tale.  The Easter Bunny is not generally considered a romantic figure but CJ England has certainly managed to make him one.  Peter displays such sweetness with the egg he carefully creates for little Cindy while demonstrating his sexiness with the steamy sex scenes with Bunny.  This reviewer was a bit concerned initially that just the concept of a rabbit as the main sex interest would be off-setting but this worry was quickly eliminated by the skillful writing of Ms. England.

Readers will be amused by the clever ways CJ England uses the bunny theme.  There are numerous puns and plays on words that had this reviewer laughing out loud.  This reviewer also found the concept of two bunnies fighting quite hilarious, although she is unsure if this was intentional or not.  Regardless, HERE COMES PETER is a delightful “tail” that is sure to keep readers charmed!
