Passionate lover or dangerous killer?

Regina Page is a detective investigating several brutal murders in her town but has no leads to go on. That is, until she receives a phone call from a man identifying himself only as Dorantes, who claims to be a witness to the killings. Against her better judgment she agrees to meet him. At night. Alone. In an abandoned building close to the scene of the crimes. However, when she arrives, he sweeps her into an erotic awakening that reveals deadly secrets better left buried. Or are they?

Be forewarned, this erotic story tantalizes and teases, burning the senses. It never cools off, from the oh-so-hot opening scene until the final page is turned. The sex scenes are shocking, guaranteed to entice, making one long for a tall icy glass of water, or a willing partner to ease the flames. Also, keep in mind before reading that this story is very dark, sometimes very graphic, and may not appeal to more sensitive readers. However, if you like hot and graphic, then this story is for you!

Midnight Tryst is yet another story indicative of Ellen Ashe’s abilities to twist the story in so many ways that you have no idea what the conclusion will be, until it is finally reached. All the while Regina is receiving her awakening from Dorantes, I couldn’t help but be curious how the mystery would end. When the truth is finally revealed, I was shocked senseless, for it was the one resolution I had not even considered. Kudos go out to Ellen Ashe for Midnight Tryst for once again providing a stunning, sensual read that leaves readers eager to taste more of her vivid tales.
