Sommer Daniels has just about given up on men and love, although there is one mighty fine specimen in her office building that could change her mind if he tried…  Sadly, she doesn’t even know his name.  At least, she didn’t know his name before he showed up in her office wanted to crawl under her desk!  Sommer is more than pleasantly surprised when the hunk in question shows up to repair her PC…

Ted doesn’t usually do service calls, but being short staffed, he ends up at Sommer’s desk to help her with her computer crash.  Trouble is, he’s finding it hard to keep his mind off of her legs, and on her PC problems…  Will a little flirtation lead to office hanky-panky?

OK, I work in Information Technology myself, and this has NEVER happened to me.  Then again, my job really doesn’t have me crawling under my customers’ desks.  And I guess it wouldn’t work quite the same as it did in Karen Erickson’s Release Me, with me being the woman and all.  So it is obvious to me now that I must feign ignorance of all things technical and arrange a faux support call that will require a sexy IT guy to venture under my desk…  And I need to have shaved my legs that day.

Maybe I’m being a little melodramatic here, but I will tell you, this story had me wondering why in the heck this HASN’T happened to me yet?  I kept thinking, “Yeah, it could totally happen just like that.”

There isn’t a single woman out there who can’t empathize with Sommer’s romantic plight.  How many haven’t opted to give up on the trials of dating and settle for their battery-operated boyfriends instead, at least temporarily?

Ted comes along at just the right time, and the circumstances of their meeting and subsequent romance prove advantageous to his own dating woes…

Pick up a copy of Release Me, but be warned: you are likely to start fantasizing about hunky IT guys for a long time after finishing the story!
