Lexi Smart wakes up in a London Hospital and discovers she has totally lost any memory of the past three years... and her life is nothing like she remembers it. She is married and a corporate executive, not to mention the physical changes that have turned her into a hot babe. Join Lexi on the adventure of a lifetime as she searches to discover... herself!

I was delighted to read this latest book by Sophie Kinsella. After being disappointed by her book, "The Gatecrasher," it was wonderful to see her back in top form with this latest release. Lexi is an endearing character that it is easy to love and her struggles and embarrassing situations ring true to her memory loss state. Kinsella raises the question of what it would be like to work hard and completely reinvent yourself, only to wake one morning and remember none of it and instead feel like a stranger in your own life. We discover Lexi's world right along with her as we experience life through her eyes, and learn along with her, that appearances can be deceiving and it's not so easy to sort out who your real friends are. If you liked the Shopaholic books, I highly recommend Remember Me? as a fun read.
