Gabby Pearson had suffered trauma during her childhood, but now as a grown woman, THIS had to be the ultimate shock. For as she was contemplating how to finally seduce her sexy dinner companion into bed, he was giving her the old ‘…this isn’t working out….’ routine before they even got to the dessert course. Reed Larkin never wanted anyone so bad in his life but rather than involve Gabby in the unstable and dangerous life he led he needed to let her go. Unfortunately, for him, moments after Gabby stormed out of the restaurant leaving him soaked in red wine, he was informed via his microphone earpiece that she was his next assignment! *** With some of the snappiest dialogs I’ve read this year, along with fresh and appealing characters and dynamite sexuality, RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW is a story that readers are going to immediately be drawn into. Smart, sassy and really ticked off, Gabby is going to delight the reader with her off-the-cuff but stingingly scripted insults towards Reed. Along with Gabby’s insults, Reed is also going to have to endure Gabby’s colleagues and best friends (Sondra and Doug) insults as well. As big a jackass as Reed was in the verbal department of romance when he broke up with Gabby, his physical moves in the romance area will give the reader pause and actually cheer him on. With feeling s of … oh, the big dumb jerk NERD didn’t know any better, Reed certainly came back sexy as all get out and swinging as he made his big move in an attempt to win back Gabby’s trust, never mind her highly delectable little body. The Romance was both fun and sensual, and I what I found to be very well-done were the minute little details that came forth out of the background story of manipulation, betrayal, and lack of communication which Ms. Dimon tied up rather well by the end of the story. Bottom line was RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW is a first rate entertaining book the reader is sure to enjoy. Marilyn Rondeau – Reviewers International Organization (RIO) |
